Scope Definition & Change Control
Every quotation states the exact page count, included revision rounds (normally two), client content responsibilities, included integrations and explicit exclusions before work begins. Any request outside the agreed scope requires a written change order.
Payment Terms
Standard packages offer milestone payments (45% / 27.5% / 27.5%) or full payment. Work begins only after the commencement payment has cleared. Domain registration is always quoted and paid separately.
Ownership & Handover
On final payment the client receives the agreed project files, hosting details and handover document. Domain is registered in the client’s name wherever possible. Infinity retains no residual ownership of standard packages after final payment.
Recurring Services
Only Online Store and Automation include compulsory monthly fees. Optional care plans are available. Every recurring quotation states coverage, minimum term, cancellation notice and the effect of cancellation.
Domain & Third-Party Costs
Domain registration and renewal are never included in package prices. Exact costs are confirmed in writing before registration. Third-party services remain ongoing client costs.
Cancellation & Refunds
Pre-commencement: full refund less bank fees. After commencement: refund limited to work not yet performed. Completed stages are non-refundable. Post-launch project fees are non-refundable. Care plans cancel with the stated notice period.
